Triball® tournaments, events, and games have been hosted and sponsored worldwide, and generated modest revenue. The Triball® Championship will be professionally managed as the 1st and premiere U.S. event.

TRIBALL® CHAMPIONSHIP BREAKDOWN

Featuring top level athletes, fresh team brands, and fun fan activities, this event is the premiere business property within the Triball® portfolio. As part of a greater Triball® mission to standardize equality in sports, the event will be the world's first major league example of women and men competing together in a team/ball sport. Starting with 12 state teams, the U.S. Triball® Championship intends to scale to 36 or 48 teams, professional stadiums, media, attendance, and revenue.

WHY MIXED GENDER?

The U.S. Triball® Championship boasts the best narrative in sports, different communities coming together to explore and build something special. While controversial, from a business and investment perspective it's simple, mixed gender competition is empowering and attracts media, sponsors and millions of under-served consumers. 

Mixed gender sports are an evolutionary inevitability within the industry. They are not currently appreciated because they belong to traditional sports already saturated with established leagues. Triball® will be recognized as the world's best mixed gender competition because the game play facilitates differences in skill and experience levels, catering to the open-minded, while incorporating various traditions.

• $100,000 to withdraw funds and host athlete only event with limited media and revenue

• $250,000 to facilitate vast attendance, national media distribution, and revenue

• $500,000 to reserve stadium for 2023, company operations and marketing budget.

EARLY-BIRD INVESTMENT VALUATION

Initial investors who contribute any portion of the first $25,000 raised will become co-owning members at a valuation of $2.5, before the full $5M post-money valuation.

BUSINESS MODEL

Minimize operations to maximize acquisition of viewers and consumers. Initially the tournament will be the single source for fans to consume Triball®.

POTENTIAL TEAMS PROFIT SHARING

Teams are separately managed LLC's under Triball USA, and are entered into revenue sharing agreements only with any Triball® competitions in which they compete. The online store triballshop.com has already begun to generate revenue.

ANTICIPATED REVENUES

Once the tournament draws nationwide audiences, media companies could decide to buy rights, and as new gaming laws expand future revenue could include betting.

A desired revenue jump is possible by scaling a stadium-sized event to 3 or 4 regions. The inter-connected events will be accompanied by camps, clinics, and product sales in every state. The company will consider raising additional capital to ensure scalability.

EVENT LOGISTICS

The U.S. Northeast shares colonial history and diverse communities, yet represents the nation as one of the most tribal sports markets.

Currently set for Norwalk Connecticut, the venue is conveniently near I-95, two Metro North train stations, the Merritt Parkway, and the terminal exit for CT Route 7. Flights can be purchased into White Plains NY, NYC, or Hartford CT, all of which are an hour drive to Norwalk.


The tournament will scale nationally inviting 36 - 48 mixed gender state teams. After the inaugural event announcements will detail the expansion process for a state Triball® team.

THE ATHLETES

This tournament will feature top level former collegiate and NCAA athletes. You'll likely see athletes from various sport backgrounds including but not limited to: Rugby, Basketball, Soccer, Aussie Rules, Gaelic Football, Lacrosse, and American Football.

Triball® Championship USA LLC, of Delaware, is a subsidiary under parental holding and management companies, including Triball® USA LLC. Competition properties such as this tournament are separated to better manage independently focused staff and business objectives, while maintaining fair valuations to enable more investors at minimal entry rates. Triball® USA LLC may later decide to offer additional investment opportunities including leagues, youth program franchises, international competitions, and separate teams. Equipment for the sport is made by a separate supplier, nor is it a revenue promised within the Triball Championship USA LLC business or investment offering.
